Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM eastern standard time. We may occasionally be unavailable to answer your call during these time periods. If we are unavailable; it will most likely be after 2:00 PM EST.

Holidays: We will be closed during the following periods:

• We will be closed for the first week of July.
• Between Christmas and New Years   
• Statutory Holidays in Ontario:
  • New Years Day
  • Good Friday
  • 3rd Monday in May: Victoria Day
  • July 1: Canada Day
  • First Monday in August: Civic Day
  • First Monday in September: Labour Day
  • Second Monday in October: Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day
