These mirrors can be expected to occasionally fall of the wind shield. Many Instructors have used this mirror with good results and I feel that this is the best product available. All suction cup mirror products, that I have had experience with, have occasionally come off.
We recommend the use a safety string attached from the mirror to the visor so the mirror will not break when it comes off.
Each mirror that we send out has had the suction cup tested. This consists of the mirror fastened onto a piece of glass and held upside down for a period of 48 hours. The mirrors are then removed and the test repeated a second time for a period of 48 hours. Please note that our refund policy is 80% of the purchase price. We will follow this policy for returns originating from mirrors not sticking to windows.
